What's included in our reports?

Our comprehensive report will cover all the areas of your home so you can make the right decision before buying your new home.

     Roof and roof void

     Floor and sub floor ventilation and drainage

     Internal, external walls and ceilings

     Timber decay and termite damage

     Raising damp (we use moisture meters to determine possible leaks      especially around wet areas).

     Foot paths, driveways, garages, sheds and other structures              pertaining to the property

 

Detailed Reports for Your Peace of Mind

     Building reports are approximately 20 to 30 pages of detailed      information

     A quick reference summary of all the defects is provided at the beginning of the report

     Digital photos are included in the report.

Repair costs can be included for most defects if required
